Archival and Digital Research
Cincinnati offers exceptional resources for the study of Jewish and American Jewish history. The Klau Library and the Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives, located on the Hebrew Union College campus, house extensive collections of documents, books, photographs, recordings, manuscripts, and other primary materials.
These collections support:
-
Faculty and student research
-
Archival fellowships
-
Digital humanities projects
-
Research methods workshops
-
Classroom-to-collections learning
-
Public exhibitions and digital projects
The UC Israel Initiative connects students directly with primary sources and introduces them to the methods of historical and cultural research.
